Insulation Options

To ensure thermal and acoustic performance as well as fire resistance, we offer three types of high-quality insulation infill:

  • PUF: 40 ±2 kg/m³

  • PIR: 48 ±2 kg/m³

  • Rockwool: 96–144 kg/m³


Sealing and Hygiene

Our panels are sealed with food-grade silicon sealant on both sides, and all joints maintain a maximum gap of 4 mm to ensure no microbial growth or particle buildup—crucial in sterile environments.

  • Standard Width: 1200 mm

  • Panel Thickness Options: 35 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm

  • Height: As per the cleanroom layout

  • Load Capacity: 75 to 250 kg per m², depending on walk-on or non-walk-on selection

  • Support Mechanism: Wall panels and suspension rods


Cutouts & Hanging Arrangements

Ceiling panels can be factory-customized with cutouts for HVAC and electrical systems, which are protected using C-type flashing. The suspension system includes adjustable turnbuckles and anchor fastening for secure mounting to the slab.


Aesthetic & Versatility

  • Color Options: RAL 9002 (standard), with customizable options from the RAL color chart

  • Panel Type: Progressive and Non-Progressive for modular assembly and easy maintenance
