When it comes to maintaining strict hygiene and contamination control standards, Clean Room Wall Panels play a critical role in pharmaceutical, biotech, electronics, and healthcare industries. Designed to ensure particle-free and sterile environments, these wall systems form the backbone of modular cleanroom construction.

Key Features of Cleanroom Wall Panels:

1. Skin Material Options: Cleanroom panels are available in a variety of surface skin combinations to suit application-specific requirements:

  • PCGI / PCGI (GPSP)

  • PPGI / PPGI

  • Stainless Steel / Stainless Steel (SS/SS)

  • Custom combinations available upon request

2. Structural Strength: A galvanized iron (GI) structural framework ensures robust support, making the panels durable and long-lasting even in demanding environments.

3. Sheet and Coating Thickness:

  • Sheet Thickness: 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm

  • Powder Coating Thickness: 60–80 microns

  • Pre-Coating Thickness: 30–35 microns These layers provide excellent resistance to corrosion and chemicals, ideal for cleanroom applications.

4. Insulation Options: To meet thermal and acoustic insulation needs, the panels are filled with:

  • PUF: 40±2 kg/m³

  • PIR: 48±2 kg/m³

  • Rockwool: 96 kg/m³ & 144 kg/m³ These insulation types enhance energy efficiency and fire safety.

5. Hygienic Sealing: Panels are sealed using food-grade silicone sealant on both sides, maintaining airtight joints with a maximum gap of 4 mm to prevent microbial contamination.

6. Customizable Dimensions:

  • Standard Width: 1200 mm (or as per room layout)

  • Height: As per layout requirements

  • Panel Thickness Options: 35 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm

7. Installation and Support:

  • Self-supporting panel system

  • Powder-coated base runners

  • Interconnecting profiles ensure structural stability

  • Available in progressive and non-progressive panel types for flexible cleanroom configurations

8. Aesthetic & Functional Finishes: Standard color: RAL 9002 (light grey white) Other colors available from the RAL color chart to match branding or zoning requirements.

Conclusion:

Cleanroom wall panels are not just physical barriers—they are precision-engineered components critical to ensuring the integrity of controlled environments. Whether you need thermal insulation, fire resistance, or aesthetic flexibility, modern cleanroom wall panels are designed to meet the highest industry standards.
