  • Construction: Panels are made from powder-coated GI / pre-painted GI / stainless steel sheets on both sides, with an internal insulation infill of specified thickness. Each panel is provided with a peripheral GI profile for enhanced rigidity and precise installation.

  • Panel Format: Panels are supplied in plank form with a standard width of 1200 mm and length as per project drawings.

  • Skin Options: PCGI / PCGI (GPSP), PPGI / PPGI, and Stainless Steel

Sealing & Hygiene Compliance

  • Sealant: Food-grade silicone applied on both sides of the panels

  • Gap Tolerance: Not more than 4 mm, ensuring airtight and contamination-free joints

This design supports easy cleaning and compliance with GMP and international cleanroom standards.


Dimensions & Load Capacity

  • Panel Thickness: 35 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm, and 100 mm

  • Load Carrying Capacity: 75 to 250 kg per square meter

  • Support System: Wall panels and suspension rods

  • Hanging Arrangement: Panels are suspended using suspension rods with adjustable turnbuckles, securely anchor-fastened to the slab.
