In today’s pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, electronics, and food processing industries, maintaining a contamination-free environment is non-negotiable. One of the most critical elements of a controlled cleanroom is the ceiling system. Cleanroom Ceiling Panels play a vital role in ensuring structural integrity, hygiene, airflow control, and easy maintenance while supporting HVAC and lighting systems.
At Lucky Deep, a leading Indian manufacturer and solution provider in cleanroom and HVAC cross-contamination control, our cleanroom ceiling panel systems are engineered to meet global cleanroom standards while offering durability, flexibility, and cost-effective installation.
What Are Cleanroom Ceiling Panels?
Clean Room Ceiling Panels are modular ceiling systems designed for controlled environments where airborne particles, moisture, and microbial contamination must be minimized. These panels can be supplied in walk-on or non-walk-on configurations, depending on maintenance access and load-bearing requirements.
The panels are manufactured from powder-coated GI, pre-painted GI, or stainless steel sheets on both sides, with a high-performance insulation core and a GI peripheral framework. They are supplied as planks of 1200 mm width and customized lengths as per the project layout.
High-Quality Construction & Material Options
Our Cleanroom Ceiling Panels are designed with premium materials to suit different cleanroom classifications and operational demands.
Skin Options
PCGI / PCGI (GPSP)
PPGI / PPGI
Stainless Steel / Stainless Steel
These combinations ensure corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long-term durability.
Sheet Thickness
0.5 mm
0.6 mm
0.8 mm
Surface Finish
Powder coating thickness: 60–80 microns
Pre-coating thickness: 30–35 microns
These finishes provide excellent chemical resistance, smooth surfaces, and hygienic conditions suitable for pharmaceutical and healthcare cleanrooms.
Advanced Insulation for Thermal & Acoustic Control
The insulation inside the ceiling panels ensures excellent thermal stability, noise reduction, and fire performance.
Available Infill Options
PUF – Density 40 ± 2 kg/m³
PIR – Density 48 ± 2 kg/m³
Rockwool – Density from 96 kg/m³ to 144 kg/m³
This allows the ceiling system to meet stringent temperature, humidity, and fire-safety requirements of critical cleanroom areas.
Hygienic & Airtight Sealing
To prevent leakage and particle ingress, all Cleanroom Ceiling Panels are sealed using food-grade silicone on both sides. The maximum allowable gap is less than 4 mm, ensuring airtight performance and compliance with cleanroom contamination control standards.
Panel Dimensions & Thickness Options
Panel width: 1200 mm
Panel height: As per cleanroom layout
Panel thickness: 35 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm & 100 mm
These options give designers and engineers the flexibility to select the right ceiling system based on structural, thermal, and operational needs.
High Load-Carrying Capacity
Our ceiling panels are designed to safely support lighting fixtures, HVAC terminals, and maintenance personnel.
Load carrying capacity: 75 to 250 kg per square meter, depending on panel type and thickness.
This makes them ideal for both walk-on and non-walk-on cleanroom ceiling applications.
Easy Installation & Hanging System
The ceiling panels are supported by:
Wall panels
Suspension rods
The panels are hung using adjustable turnbuckles and are anchor-fastened to the concrete slab, ensuring accurate leveling and long-term stability.
HVAC & Electrical Cut-Out Provisions
For seamless integration of cleanroom services:
Cut-outs for HVAC and electrical fittings can be provided.
C-type flashing is used around openings to maintain airtightness and cleanroom integrity.
Color & Finish Options
Standard color:
RAL 9002
Custom colors:
Available from the full RAL color chart to match project requirements.
Progressive & Non-Progressive Panel Types
Lucky Deep offers both:
Progressive systems – suitable for permanent installations
Non-progressive systems – ideal for facilities that may need future modification, relocation, or expansion
This modular approach reduces downtime and saves on future renovation costs.
