Types of Cleanroom Ceiling Panels
We offer both walk-on and non-walk-on ceiling panels, allowing flexibility depending on access and maintenance needs. Walkable ceilings are especially useful for servicing HVAC systems and lighting without entering the cleanroom environment.
Construction & Material Specifications
Each panel is constructed using powder-coated GI, pre-painted GI, or stainless steel sheets on both sides, with a specified infill core to match your cleanroom's thermal and acoustic insulation requirements. The outer skin materials include:
PCGI / PCGI (GPSP)
PPGI / PPGI
Stainless Steel (SS)
The sheet thickness ranges from 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm, with powder coating thickness between 60–80 microns and pre-coating at 30–35 microns.
Insulation Options
To meet a range of operational conditions, the following core insulation materials are available:
PUF: Density of 40±2 kg/m³
PIR: Density of 48±2 kg/m³
ROCKWOOL: Density range from 96 to 144 kg/m³
Each provides excellent thermal insulation, acoustic damping, and fire resistance characteristics.
