Design & Construction

These doors can be provided with or without view panels, depending on the application. The outer body is made from GPSP GI Sheet with a thickness of 0.8 mm, and the door frame is 1.2 mm thick. For fire-rated applications, we enhance the construction with 1.2 mm thick sheets and 1.6 mm thick frames for added strength and compliance.

Door Shutter & Coating

The door shutter comes in standard thicknesses of 42 mm, 44 mm, or 46 mm. To enhance durability and aesthetics, we offer a high-quality powder-coated finish with a coating thickness of 60–80 microns. Stainless steel options are also available for environments requiring enhanced corrosion resistance.
